Pouting about the site thing O. not the show ;0) I know, I'm childish :0) No, it wasn't on when I was over but it looks like a goody (saw it mentioned on TV not so long ago, might have been on BBC World or CNN, can't remember.). I don't know if I will be seeing anything other than Slava, I'm kind of busy with the kids every evening except the Monday of course when weby Lisa - Ask a New Yorker :

Re: woodbury common - 19 years ago
I went to JG last year and thought it was quite good really. Indoors, so a good place to visit in the winter. Play areas and huge food court, so good for people with kids. I'm going to WC this visit so that I can compare the two. I doubt I will need more than half a day there as I don't go round every single shop, just focus on what I am looking for. I did JG in around 3 hours.by Lisa - Ask a New Yorker :

Re: Boston, Buffalo, Niagara - 19 years ago
Hmmmm, that's true. Also when living in a country like Australia, it's easy to overlook the distances between places and the time it takes to travel between them because you are so used to seeing signs with 4 figures instead of 3!by Lisa - Ask a New Yorker :

I always thought Cuba was a little island until one of the hairdressers at the salon I go to told me it would take as long to drive from tip to tip as it would from Holland to the South of France..... I was impressed.by Lisa - Ask a New Yorker :

Re: help - 19 years ago
You can get on the #1 bus and go all the way from Museum Mile to the Staten Island Ferry. It takes about an hour but is well worth the trip as the views of the buildings and the different areas are amazing.by Lisa - Ask a New Yorker :

I think we all agree that he is a pig. But as you say it is probably him having cold feet about the relationship that is making him act this way. If he has teens, he must have been in a relationship that went sour, there is some consideration to be taken here. We also agree that 5 - 10 lb is sod all! I wouldn't pay him to be honest with you, he cancelled not you.by Lisa - Ask a New Yorker :
Re: For Lisa - 19 years ago
Thanks for the tip Salsa but I am now having to stay with Mum at the Quality to help her with the kids :0( Which now means little privacy and time to myself but it will mean spending some extra time with my mother. Though if she turfs me out because my father decides to come like he did a week before I left last year, I've told her she can pay for a room for me at the Mandarin as it's gby Lisa - Ask a New Yorker :

Re: check-in deposit - 19 years ago
I've found this telephone number for them: From UK/France/Belgium: 00 - 800 7066 7066 Ask them to put the information they give you in an email for confirmation of any agreement you may make with them. The CC number is only for possible extra's such as breakages, room service (if they have it) safe hire (also if they have it) etc.by Lisa - Ask a New Yorker :
