Federal authorities working in Boston have removed several bags from an apartment in a nearby suburb, and have also issued an alert for a rental van and a hooded man who left the area before the blasts. NYPD meanwhile are asking members of the public to be vigilant and report any suspicious activity. If you see or overhear anything suspicious NYPD and the FBI want to hear from you. This image meanwhile was apparently taken as the second bomb exploded near the finish line of the Boston Marathon and has sparked off questions as to who this might be and has gone viral. There is no evidence that the hooded person has any connection to the attack but the question being asked is who is it?
