the bagels are made fresh daily and loaded with goodness, then steamed to
gooey perfection. We are also going to have Belgium Wafels, homemade in
front of the customer. My husband is european and misses the belgium wafels
I miss the steamed bagel sandwiches from Chicago and Indianapolis so we want to
create a place that people can order their favorites! We have free Wi-fi and a sweet and private patio surrounded by tropical trees, real cozy!

I was just asking my friend who is from NY if she heard of such a thing & she did not. I went to Ohio State & they had the BEST steamed bagel place & wanted to see if i could find something here. I live in Park Slope as well & unfortunately, have not found a thing. I'll keep a look out for you!

I loved Ripple Bagel & Deli in Broadripple in Indianapolis when I was in undergrad, as well as Bagel & Deli in Oxford at Miami of Ohio for grad school. Now I live in Saint Louis and can't find a steamed bagel sandwich anywhere! If anyone knows of a place in Saint Louis, let me know.
