FYI... The Daily Show overbooks their audiences by dozens of people (it's a small studio). If it says to be in line at 4 PM- you should be there at least one hour earlier if you want to get in! I learned that the hard way the first time I went and was rescheduled for another date weeks later. In my opinion, this is one of the better TV audiences to be in as Jon communicates with the audienceby gothamexplorers - Ask a New Yorker :

Glad that you enjoy our city! The program that you're referring to is called Millionaire Listing which airs on Bravo here in the U.S. In actuality, $10 million dollars for an apartment near Central Park is considered on the low end. There's a food hall in the basement where you can dine in style with lots of other delicious food options to compliment the lobster roll! www.theplazany.com/dining/foodhall For seasoned visitors, I agree with the previous meby gothamexplorers - Ask a New Yorker :
Re: Newark-Thanksgiving Day Parade Route help - 9 years ago
Hi! Although helpful... the previous instructions will not aid you in traveling from Newark Airport (which is in New Jersey and not a part of NYC Transit) to Herald Square (Macy's). Please disregard them as you will not be in NYC when you arrive! Here are the exact directions for 11/27/14 starting at 7:45 AM. This schedule will put you in Herald Square in about an hour!
