I'm gonna disagree! For me, the best AND cheapest way from JFK to manhattan is Airtrain and subway. It is so cheap and quick, it has to be the best. Give it a try.

You might think differently if you has mobility issues or if you had two toddlers tagging along or had 3 large suitcases.

The best for one individual is not necessarily the best for another individual. Circumstances are different.
