We came across a unique opportunity to buy property at a very low price and were taking the deal into consideration. We just don't know exactly what the area is like, if it is safe etc...the exact location is east 118th and pleasant avenue, east harlem. any info would be useful. Thankyou!

Other than that, the words "unique opportunity to buy property at a very low price", tends to raise a few red flags for me.
