Hi,
we're looking for a typical American diner anywhere in NYC where you can order pancakes and keep getting your coffee refilled by a gum-chewing waitress named Betty who's actually a struggling actress.
This may sound like an odd request to New Yorkers but ordering pancakes in Diner's and getting coffee refills is a uniquely American thing we'd love to experience. Only joking about the waitress by the way. :-)
