This is a new face on an old idea - about 25 years ago, Bloomingdales on 59th & Lex used to sell a brand of bottled water that was just NYC tap water. Its slogan was "The Drink of Millions." Totally true - like the copy on Zucker's bottle. I guess some people bought it on purpose as a cute souvenir. And if you took it home empty & refilled it, probably no one would ever know the difference.
