My boyfriend and i curently live in maspeth, queens and although it is a lovely area it is proving a difficult commute o the city for work and we're paying way too much. We are looking at a place on 95th west in manhatton.

Any views???

We were thinking sunnyside but its proving more expensive than the apartment we are viewing in the city

What's the address of the building that you are looking at and what do you want to know--the neighborhood?

Its 70 west 95th strret. Ya i was wondering about that area?
