the meatball shop is a reasonably new (6 mos. old) restaurant, lower east side.
Super tasty and inexpensive. Get the parmesan cream sauce, it is delicious.
you choose your meatballs from a selection of about 4 types ($7) and a side ($4) like spaghetti, polenta, risotto, etc.
went there the other night, it was packed but we sat at the bar and got right in. will go back, for sure.
