I will have a little friend with me...a very little friend!!!

We have a mascot Teddy Bear at school....and he gets taken on outings by the kids.

Well...lucky Langabear is coming to New York with me, and I have to produce photos of him at various places of interest for our school album and website,

Found out my in-laws David & Ruth are in NYC too, and they will be at the webcam at the same time!! Alarm is set for 6:15!!

Well, I've just come home from having a lovely Bellini at the Rainbow Grill, sitting at the bar enjoying the view, but no ES in sight! Did they remember the last time, and not let you up there?

What are your plans for the rest of the week?

I missed it somehow (so know how you felt with your bellini Oracle. 8:30 there is 6:30 here,and I signed on at 6:34 (the computer was having a hissy fit). I even searched the archieves (a cool thing on Earthcam). So thanks for the photo, nice to see two of our favorite people, and Langa bear too!

Okay, now that I see the photo again, I am wondering if E.S. was wearing an off white/beige trench coat on Black Friday in Macy's. If so, he was the chap I saw on camera on a story about B.F.

Well I am back...and ES will be landing at Heathrow just about now.

We had a FANTASTIC time. Were on the trot from morning til night!

We WERE at the Rainbow Grill Oracle. Got there at 7:30 and spent at least an hour sipping cocktails. We were put at a table as the bar was full, and kept an eye out for you.

I hadn't a clue what you look like, and ES was useless, as he couldn't remember.

I should have just yelled "Oracle" at the top of my voice. ES kept eyeing up all the women around, but didn't recognise anyone....I can't believe you were there and we didn't see you!!!

All the kids at school watched their Teddy at the webcam, and we have the pictures stuck up in the staffroom.

Three days is just not enough. We got lost on one day....got the wrong train and were chatting so much we ended up in Brooklyn (I think) instead of Times Square. But huge fun!

I've been away...but now I'm back!

All I can say at the moment is FANTASTIC!! I disembarked at JFK at 11.15 and was in Macy*s by 1.15!!! A world record!

Oracle, I was disapointed not to have seen you on Sunday evening. We were put in a corner out of the way of the general public...
