Thanks Marea. My student Luana tells me voting in Brazil is also on Saturdays. When I first started working for my company almost 23 yrs ago, we were given Election Day as a holiday. We should go back to that, or have it on a Saturday.

I have never had to wait long in line to vote. I too, can walk to 3 polling places, maybe more, just don't pay attention to them. 2 schools, and the old bath house at the park.

I waited for mere seconds. There was one person ahead of me getting his ballot when I walked in. But all of the booths were full and then a line formed, so I guess I just had good timing.
