The former church on the corner of Sixth Avenue and 20th Street is about to undergo another incarnation as a nightclub. Now called Avalon, the space formerly known as Limelight, then Estate, will offer several special event options and a new sound and lighting system. Scheduled to open in October 2003.

pulling up a REALLY old thread about the limelight nightclub, now a shopping center and even will have Grimaldi's pizza inside, apparently.
