hi there people
i am going to NY this year in late october for like a week.
but i want to go to some good restaurants.. especially italian restaurants.
i love italian food,, and i also heard there is a italian restaurant where some mobster was killed in the early days.. what is the name of that restaurant.
i am thinking about staying in the portland hotel.. so please inform me

You're thinking of Umberto's Clam House in Little Italy, where Joey Gallo was killed. The food's not too good, though.

My friends stayed at the hotel - it was small, cramped but clean and a great position. Would recommend!
That comment was posted about the Portland hotel by a person named BigCity, just last week.


About Italian restaurants, others on this site have recommended Amici II in little italy, 165 Mulberry St at Grand St (take a 6 train to Spring St) or Orso at 322 W. 46th St.

i am planning to go 24 oct. for a week, so that i can see what halloween is all about.

i am not sure where to stay yet,,i will choose one there at the time . if i dont like it i will move out of it and find another.

yes, i couldnt find someone to go with so i will travel alone..

what will i tell about holland? i dont know.. i will answer your questions if you have some...

i live in Rotterdam,, that is an hour drive below amsterdam.. Rotterdam is a very great city to live in.

i am a securityguard,, i guard office buildings, but also construction yards and things like that..

And you ,, where do you live and what do you do.. and are you going to NYC or not?

I have heard stories about your city and have friends in Amsterdam.
I am sure, i will go to NYC, but i don't know when. There's a new yorker who i care for and he cares for me, but who knows.
