I live in Manhattan and am looking for some great beaches or lake houses anywhere from 1-3 hours outside of the city to spend a relaxing weekend or two at this summer. Montauk would be ideal, but it's pretty expensive as I am not trying to spend more than $200/night if possible. Thanks for any advice you can give!
