Hi I'm 19 and going to new York in April for the tartan weeks as i am Scottish does anyone know of any Scottish bars in Manhattan also is it very hard to get into places without Id etc or to get alcohol id love to go out in NYC but obviously with me being underage am i gonna find it hard...

Any place that serves you runs the high risk of having their license revoked. In other words, plan on having a non-alcoholic week.
