That pilot is my hero! If only we had had a president with that kind of competence for the past 8 years!

I've just been watching this on the BBC news, what an incredible escape everyone had!!

Lets not forget it's not just the captain that's the hero...but also the co pilot and all the cabin crew that kept their cool, and got everyone off the plane safely. A classic example of team work!!

I like the story about how cool and relaxed the captain was afterwards. Apparantly he sat around drinking coffee, while everyone else around him was in a state of panic.

I raise my glass to him and the crew!
