Moving to NYC sometime end of december or 1st two weeks of jan. it will be me and 3 other. anyone know of any areas with fairly decent 3-4 bedroom apts. we are coming from texas so we know its not cheap.like here but something decent or what is the avg price. we love Manhattan but not trying to go broke so WATS close and cheap. or should i say near and cheap? thanks for your help
Think... Sunnside,Queens Astoria, Queens or Greenpoint,Brooklyn. All very convenient commutes into the city and much more affordable then Manhattant to live.
