i´ll stay in nyc at decemb. this year and have found a nice-looking apartment at 126th/lenox ave.
Maybe, someone know something about this aparment and could tell me further details? And how safe is the area in the night for a white couple/first-timer?

The big question is whether the place is legal, or an outright scam. You're much better off at a hotel, most short-term apt. rentals are illegal. If you need an apt. style place, try the Affinia Group (which owns several hotels), Radio City Apts. or similar places that are legitimate.

That´s the reason for asking...! It looks very nice and i´ve an offer about 100$ per night for a stay of 5 nights, seen on `homeaway`. There are positiv comments for apartment and owner.
Do you know any opportunitiy for me to check out: IT IS REAL?
