does anyone know what this area is like? nice place to live? dangerous or OK?

It's pretty "eh." It's not awful, but it's the kind of place people use as a first stepping stone, the kind of place they try to move out of when they can. It's a pretty ugly neighborhood, medium but not horrible crime rate, cheap depressing shops. It's a fine place to get started if you intend on movin' on up.

Do you think you need a car if you live way up there?
How do you know so much about any area anyone asks about?!
