Myself and my partner are heading to NYC on Tuesday (2nd of October 2018) and we plan on getting married at the City Clerk's office on Thursday morning (4th of October 2018) as we are going just the 2 of us we don't have a witness.
We were wondering if anyone has the time or knows anyone who might come and help out 2 young Scots in love and witness our marriage?
