According to Politico. com.  A report which was released ahead of Apple CEO Tim Cook’s inaugural Capitol Hill appearance yesterday alleges the tech giant took advantage of numerous U.S. tax  loopholes and avoided U.S. taxes on $44 billion in offshore, taxable income  between 2009 and 2012 — a characterization Tim Cook and Apple flatly rejects. Tim Cook told the Senate, Apple are in compliance with their taxes.

If the allegations regarding the tax loophole are true then Apple needs to give back, especially to New York where it’s flagship Fifth Avenue Store has customers spending millions every week. We suggest maybe a great I phone and I pad giveaway day. What do you think New York?
