Got a quick question: Did the restaurant A Salt and Battery go out of business or just move? Read an article that a restaurant moved in the place where ASAB used to be.

And has Second Avenue Deli found a new location yet? Really miss the place and want to go again.

Apparently the East Village location is now closed:

It was still in Greenwich Ave last month.

Thanks, rf1279 and Marea, for the info. Maybe next time I visit, I will go to the other location. My daughter is into Harry Potter and all things British. Maybe a good place to interest her in fish and chips and shepherd's pie.

If she is into all things British she will like Tea and Sympathy which is next to A Salt and Battery on Greenwich Ave.
