I just got an email from people you order tickets through (don't think it is Broadwaybox) and they said they are no longer taking email orders.
Is there anywhere I can make an email order using my discount code? Or should I telephone - if so, does anyone know how quickly I would get through, and how long the call might take?

You can do an email order through Broadwaybox.com,and they currently have a discount for Rent.

Once on the site, here are your options.

1. Click here and enter code BWAYBOX.
2. Call Ticketmaster at 212-307-4100 and mention code BWAYBOX.
3. Print this email and bring it to the Nederlander Theatre Box Office,
208 W. 41 St, NYC

Ticketmaster can be hit or miss. You may be put on hold for a long while, or you may get someone right away, and then it should take less than 5 minutes. I ordered via telephone, and did not have to hold, and was done lickey split. Good luck. Remember, whatever credit card you use, you need to bring to pick up the tickets.
