Our cab driver from the airport into Manhattan was on his phone for the whole journey. He also had to brake hard several times, flinging us around in the back. We kept looking at each other in silent horror. First time there...just thought it must be the norm. Totally different on the return trip though. Cabbie chatted and even gave us a cheap fare!!
