I'm fairly certain they are being held at the Manhattan Center's Hammerstein Ballroom...
which is at 311 W. 34th St, right by Penn Station.
If you need a subway, take the 1, 9, 2, 3; A, C, E at 34th
it's between 8 and 9 avenues.
if you come by train, just go to Penn station
