I come to US 7 years ago with a J-1 visa, but before it expire I change to a B-2 visa. When I ready to leave the country I find out I was pregnant, and the baby's dad asked me to stay. That was 6 years ago and my visa expire. My son is 5 years old now and ready for school. I would like to know if there is anyway I can help my situation, besides marry a american man.
What country are you from?
Unfortunately, it seems that there is nothing you can do at this time, besides falling in love and getting married to a U.S. citizen.
