I will arrive in Manhattan Wed, Nov 14. I need to know if the N Train is back on its usual route. I understand South Ferry & Rector stations are closed for some time, but I have 30 senior adults with me who want to go to 9-11 Memorial and Staten Island. My plan is to take the E Train from 53rd to the 9-11, then walk to the ferry from there. Is this the best plan? DOes the Q train stop at 49th St in Manhattan? Thank you for any good info you can give me.
