Hi there, could you tell me how long (km or mile) the High Line park is? Is it suitable for running/jogging? THANKS!

Leigh.

Leigh,
1.45 miles...it's really not meant for jogging/running more for strolling. It's quite narrow in many places. Extremely attractive and well designed with great views of the Hudson river and Chelsea...

Also too crowded to run, but yes a great stroll

Thanks for both your replies. Ok, so, how about Hudson River Greenway from Chelsea Waterside Park up to 29th Street? Just scouting about for suitable running/jogging places without having to get the subway up to Central Park. Thanks again, you're really helpful!
