Hello, I have been thinking of moving to uptown due to the cheaper rent. I've live downtown for a few years and have never been uptown.
I know uptown can be tricky about being East or West.
Is W 158th between Amsterdam and Broadway safe? I know no place is 100% safe but there are some worse than others.
Would I be able to walk my dogs at 11 at night and not have to worry about being mugged?
