I'm moving from Bud-Stuy. I am here in Brooklyn subletting an apartment but the commute to work (I work in Times Square), the living condition of my apartment, and the safety of my neighborhood have convinced me to seek a new sublet. i have a potential place in mind on 145th/Broadway or in Harlem/Morningside Heights. Is this area safe? What is there to know about this area (places NOT to go etc.).
