Moving to Manhattan from abroad

Hi Everyone,

My name is Rudolph, I'm 22 and I'm French,
I am now working in Thailand in a Luxury Villa Management company in the marketing department,
My dream has always been to move to Manhattan one day and I think I'm ready for that. I have an MBA in Hospitality management with a major in Marketing.
I told myself that asking a question on this site would be the best starting point for me, do you have any advice to give me on where to live in New York, the best ways to find a job from abroad? Is that going to be difficult to get a job in NY? I have already started researching information on How to move to the US but everywhere I look people say that having a job before going is the best way to facilitate the process.I'm asking myself tones of questions? If someone could help me that would be great.

Thanks in advance

Rudolph

The best route is to get a job at an international company that will transfer you. Have you looked into working with one of the big hotel chains?

Also talk to recruitment companies that specialise in hospitality positions.
