I've only been to NY City once about 15 years ago. We ate at this little italian restaurant and I don't remember the name of the place. One unique feature of the restaurant, there was a small man (like a puppet) on the ceiling and when someone came in the door he would raise his large penis and a lightbuld on the end would light up. Sounds weird but it was hilarious! Best italian food I've ever had! Anybody know the place?
