Best way is prolly just catch a cab... seems like it is a pretty short ride. If you would rather take the subway, I would take the 1 train.

For better directions...check out the website hopstop.com and enter both addresses and they will give you door to door directions with the appropriate subway to take and will even give you the amount of time it will take.

do you have tickets for the showalready? if you are going to try to get stand-by tickets, i would go extremely early...especially since it's summer time! the lines can get outrageous!
