Has anyone taken any classes at the Institute of Culinary Education at 50 West 23rd Street? If so, what did you take, and would your recommend the class. I'm looking at the catalog for their recreational courses and the choices are OVERWHELMING!!
When I was living in New York (near the institute) I met a number of people who were doing courses there and they all said it was great, sorry I cannot tell which specific courses.
