Victoria: For me I would say a New Yorker is a very attractive human being. He is exposed to everything that happens in the world. Not many more things can happen more than New York. Everything happens here. Everything interesting and attractive and from different countries happens here. So if you’re exposed to New York you get the best of everything.

Dell just sent me the following email. "Connect with a New Yorker'thumbs up

Dell,I have been trying to find your for quite sometime. While at the Jazz fest in New Orleans this past weekend I remembered meeting you there on stage at the Al Green show. I promised myself that i would try harder to find an old friend. Through the power of the internet, and the help of youngsters who know how to use it, we found you on the Ask a New Yorker website. I never really got to properly thank you for the BB King experience you were able to provide for me. To this day I still have the hug he gave me and i promised to deliver to you! How have you been? New York???? Never saw that coming. Hope you are in New Orleans for Jazz Fest. Would love to get together and catch up. Since we last were together, I have gone back to school to become a jeweler, and moved back home to Louisiana. I have discovered and studied hand engraving, a lost art, and am doing well with that as well as custom jewelry work. My website is CGENGRAVING.NET . Currently working on Tree of Life charity project involving gold guitar picks, superstars, and the desire to make a difference. Keep up the good work and big smile, old friendChris Grisaffe P.S. I really need to deliver that hug!

Dell- It's Farida Schultz don't know if you remember me it's been awhile.... We met when I was with my friend Richie who is the saxophone player for the Beach Boys. You were talking with Mike Love of the Beach Boys about excerpts in your book about your great grandfather at the time you had been the first publist for B.B King and was working on several projects I was a spokes model with an agency in Atlanta Ga and studying acting at Alliance Theatre. You stayed at my place in Atlanta although I was constantly busy I enjoyed spending time with you ! I saw your interview in ASK A NEW YORKER WOW ...that is how I found you! you sure are hard to find!! I hope you are doing well I know you were working on a memorabilia store and Internet investment I was wondering if you have started it yet?Currently, I am doing voiceover work and acting and booking comedy acts for private parties etc; I also have rental properties I manage in Columbia and Aiken , SC along with self storage if you ever want to rent or buy. Please call me we lost touch I really enjoyed spending time with you! you can reach me.... or leave a message at 1-800-ENTERTAINMENT I do hope to hear from you, Farida Schultz
May peace be with you........

Hello Dell,

It's been a very long time. I just ran across a 2008 article called Ask A New Yorker and I was dumbfounded. I know this woman I say to myself. After reading the article I am sure.

We met through Hank Castro at the Las Vegas Recording Studio in Las Vegas, Nevada. Did some pr for BB King's album Lucille if I remember correctly.

We had a friendship I enjoyed and was sad when we lost contact and have often wondered how you were.

Anyway, glad to see that you are doing well and enjoying life.

Best wishes.

Effectively Communicate Your Personal Brand

Branding is a technique all businesses and individuals can use to effectively market themselves and their products

When a potential or existing client thinks about your business, what images form in their mind?

Debra Dixon, president and CEO of Light of Gold PR and Marketing LLC says the color “gold” should come to mind when clients think of her. Gold is used on all of her business communications as well as in the slogan for the company which is “We work with you to shed light on the gold that exists in you and your organization.” This is part of Dixon’s branding strategy.....

Victoria Schweizer hasn’t done it all, but I think it’s safe to say she’s come close. Former Girls Behaving Badly cast-member-turned-artist, this lady has lived on both coasts, worked in a law-firm, movies, television, public relations, has a background in meteorology – she’s even survived a near-fatal accident where she was hit by a car while crossing a street in London. While many people may find this type of never-ending chaos exhausting, it appears Ms. Schweizer has channeled what energy she has left into more creative and inspired pursuits.
