I must say I find this fascination with this guy amazing. I wouldn't know him if I fell over him, I only vaguely remember Depeche Mode.

Just want to say that I can understand this fascination. I discovered this band when I was sixteen and now I'm forty ;-( and I'm still a great fan.

They're not too bad I guess, but not someone I've ever been in to, and I was in my 20s when they were first around.

It is all very well to be a fan, but needing to know where he lives and to want to visit there etc is strange to me, nearly sounds like stalking. After all he's just a person who happens to sing for a living.

I am not a stalker, maybe overly obsessed with a band, but stalker? No. I am going to New York and when I go there I would like to see where one the guys to the band I just so happen to listen to everyday lives. Sorry but had to clear that up... grinning smiley

Yeah, a couple of times before the last album was released. I think they use a recording studio there too. I got him to sign a shirt and a cd and he gave me a photo that was also signed. Haven't seen Dave tho. I think I'd pass out if I ever do.
