THE WANDERERS Film Locations in the Bronx

I am a huge fan of the film THE WANDERERS (1979) and I love the look of the film locations. While I already know some of these locations, I am dying to find out the location of Despie Golasso's house. She played Ken Wahl's girlfriend and her house looked like a friggin' castle. Anyone know the address of the place and whether its was given historic landmark status? Any answer would be greatly appreciated.
I grew up across the street and remember the film crews for this movie. I was a child but I still remember that incredible house that everyone called the castle. Though i cannot give you a specific building/house number I know that the house was (if it is still there) on Kingsbridge Terrace close to what was then the Kingsbridge Heights Nursing Home on the corner. My old address was 2865 Kindsbridge terrace if that helps any. Happy hunting. I hope this has answered your question.

2744 Kingsbridge terrace is the number Turkey walks by going into the party. if you look it up on google maps street view its still there.
awesome,
nut where are the following shot:
1.leave the kid alone?
2. the streetscape after Perry disappears (may or may not be the same as 1?
3. gonna need some shorter twine?
4. the school?
I read that some filming was done on Seneca Street. Any clue what that was?
The school is Columbus High school in Pelham Pkwy section. But "leave kid alone" scene is unknown..I've been trying to find it for years. I'm guessing it's off actual street Pelham Pkwy bc it looks like the road in background, when they look down street for Perry. ..Also, not sure what was on Seneca Ave bc nothing looks familiar, except maybe Joey's apartment??... It could be Seneca when his father looks out window as Wanderers go to football game w/ banner. Also, recently actor who played Ducky Boy did interview and said scene of Turkey getting chased outside church by Duckyboys was partially filmed in Queens. He said "Turkey is on street in Bronx, but then next block was filmed in Queens..they just put it together to look like same neighborhood". Plus, Queens (Long Island City) was where bowling alley was filmed, according to internet.
I thought the High School they filmed in was Roosevelt High all boys on Fordham Rd?
Where was the grotto scene filmed?
The grotto scene was filmed at St. Lucy's Church 833 Mace Avenue Bronx, NY (right off of Allerton Avenue) in the Bronx. The grotto is still there but closed due to lack of volunteers. They do open on certain weekends. There are two grottos -one small and the other larger one is behind a locked fence. Inside the larger grotto is where they filmed the scene in question.
The "Leave the Kid Alone" scene was filmed on Holland Avenue in between Pelham Parkway and Lydig Avenue. The scene where the guys play "elbow hit" is filmed on Lydig Avenue in between Holland Avenue and Cruger Avenue. There is a scene where the camera pans up to the top of a building and there are two people standing at the top on a fire escape. One of those people is my husband and the other is his cousin
The chase scene at the beginning of the wanderers, is the chase possible or was it filmed in different locations in the bronx, in other words could u walk the chase. Thanks in advance
